Terms of Service

The service

iClinics provides hosted clinic management software. Access is granted for the duration of a paid subscription, or a free trial period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your staff enter, for keeping login credentials secure, for granting each user only the access their role requires, and for using the platform lawfully, including in how you handle patient information.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance per clinic. Plans may be changed between billing periods. Prices may be revised with notice before a renewal.

Trials

Free trials run for the stated period with no payment details required and do not convert automatically into a paid subscription.

Lapsed subscriptions

If a subscription is not renewed, the clinic enters a limited-access grace period during which records can be viewed but not added, after which access is suspended. Data is retained for the period set out in the privacy policy, and an export can be requested.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and take scheduled backups, but except where an SLA is agreed in writing we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Data ownership

Clinical and financial records entered by a clinic remain that clinic's property. Exports are available on request, including on cancellation.

Limitation of liability

iClinics is a record-keeping and administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cedars Software, as set out in your subscription agreement.
