Who we are
iClinics is operated by Cedars Software. For any privacy question, contact us using the details on our contact page.
What we collect
From website visitors: pages viewed and approximate location, through analytics, plus anything you enter into a contact or trial form. From clinics using the platform: the account and clinical data your staff enter in the course of using iClinics.
Clinical data
Patient records entered by a clinic belong to that clinic. We process them to provide the service, and to provide support when a clinic asks us to. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models or for advertising.
Where data is stored
Each clinic is held in its own database on our hosting infrastructure. Backups are taken on a schedule. Details of hosting location are available on request.
How long we keep it
Clinic data is retained while the subscription is active and for a defined period afterwards so it can be recovered or exported. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond.
Cookies
This website uses cookies only where needed to make it work and, if enabled, to measure traffic in aggregate. It does not carry advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and, for active clinics, notify the account owner.
