iClinics is a per-clinic subscription billed monthly or annually, across four plans: Starter for a solo practitioner, Clinic for a growing single location, Multi-Branch for groups, and Enterprise with custom pricing. Annual billing costs less per month. Current figures are on the pricing page - please confirm them with our team before committing, as plans are reviewed periodically.

Yes, there is a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start it. The trial is a real clinic with your own data, not a shared sandbox, so anything you set up and enter during the trial carries over if you subscribe.

Hosting, updates and support are included in the subscription, and there is no separate per-feature licence or annual maintenance invoice. Optional paid services exist for large data migrations and on-site training, and SMS messages are charged by the gateway according to volume. Anything chargeable is quoted before it is done.

Your data is not deleted. When a subscription lapses the clinic enters a grace period of about 30 days during which staff can still sign in and view records but cannot create new entries, and a renewal notice is displayed. After the grace period the clinic is locked until the subscription is renewed. You can request a full export of your data at any point.

Yes. You can move up or down between plans as your practice changes, and cancel at the end of a billing period. Before you cancel, request a full data export so you keep your patient records and financial history.
