In short
iClinics is a clinic management platform developed by Cedars Software for dental, aesthetic and multi-specialty practices, with a customer base concentrated in Lebanon and the wider Middle East. It is delivered as a hosted web application in English and Arabic, with each clinic held in its own isolated database.
Software shaped by the clinics that use it
iClinics did not start as a product looking for a market. It grew out of building and supporting systems for individual practices - dental clinics, aesthetic centres, polyclinics - and repeatedly finding the same gap: international platforms priced and designed for a different market, or generic software that treated a tooth chart as an optional custom field.
That history is why the specialty modules go deeper than most and why the interface is genuinely bilingual rather than a translated menu. It is also why the product is opinionated about things like keeping each clinic in its own database: those decisions came from supporting real practices, not from a feature comparison.
